International Day Against Drug Abuse - A Step Toward Awareness

On June 26th, 2025, St. Aloysius PU College, Harihar conducted a brief yet meaningful
observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. The
event focused on building awareness among students regarding the dangers of drug use
and the importance of mental and physical well-being.
Faculty members addressed the gathering with messages of prevention, self-discipline,
and choosing a drug-free lifestyle. Students were reminded of their role in fostering a
healthy, supportive environment free of substance abuse.
Though small in scale, the initiative left a lasting impression, reinforcing the college's
commitment to social health and youth empowerment.
